ur not the only one.. it keeps saying "not able to purchase item" too many people probabely downloading it at once..? i hope so.. really want that update already! Smile

Sorry to hear you got the same thing mate, I cant even login the XBOX live on my PC atm....grrrr
Even more bizarre than disappearing DLC I can still join servers !

I just spoke to Xbox live tech support and he says some servers are down, and that is whats causing the issue, he said 1 - 2 hrs before they will be back. Sounds like a stock answer to me, but there is obviously an issue their end.

edit:

u should've actually asked them what is going on with their parties.. because THAT is REEAAALLY annoying

yeah i put my xbox back on and it said i needed like a 173 Mb update for BF3.. so im busy loading it now... will the 1 Gb be after this small one?
